Concerned community members and some family members of victims of the South L.A. Serial Murderer dubbed the “Grim Sleeper” held a press conference and vigil on Thursday May 28, at 5:30 pm outside Parker Center on Los Angeles Street in downtown L.A. The event honored the victims and showed support for their loved ones, as well as raised concerns about the lack of information and progress in resolving the murders. Demands to law enforcement and city officials from the Black Coalition Fighting Back Serial Murders were unveiled for the first time.

I am saddened to hear this has been going on in my community and to think…….. I didnt even know anything about this. If this had happened in a upscale white community the police would have handled things much differently but all they seem to care about is arresting gang members and some of who are not even affiliated what can i do to help the community
