- We demand an urgent and stepped up public information campaign on the murders.
- We demand that the LAPD provide complete information about all the murders and any related attacks, and about any investigation of the murders, as well as how information about the murders is being tracked by law enforcement.
- We demand bimonthly reports to the community on the status of the investigation. The report should come first and foremost to those who request it.
- We demand an accurate count of how many women are believed to have been killed by the serial killer or killers, as well as the numbers of women killed in unsolved murders in the areas where the serial murderer has been operating.
- We demand special and specific efforts to protect people, and their confidentiality, who provide information about these murders, including a special hotline and email address.
- We demand full disclosure of the names of all agencies, departments, and personnel (past and present) involved in the investigation of the murders.
- We demand a Congressional hearing, and an investigation by the Department of Justice into the handling and the mishandling of the cases by law enforcement.
- We demand compensation for the victims and their families.
